Proposals Support Specialist

Position Overview

As a Proposals Support Specialist, you will provide crucial administrative and logistical support to our sales team. You will work closely with our Proposals Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our proposal development process. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in our pursuit of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Contributor to the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial request to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Safeguarding customers’ expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Technical College, Vocational College or similar

  • 2-5 years of working experience in preferably technical environment. Work experience can compensate for lack of formal education.

  • Proficiency in Office365 and Salesforce is preferred.
