Position Overview
As a Proposals Manager, you will play a crucial role in our development. You will lead the development and submission of proposals that demonstrate our capabilities, showcase our expertise, and ultimately win new clients and projects. You will work closely cross-functional with sales and our technical experts, to create persuasive proposals that align with our clients’ needs and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial request to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines, compliance, and quality standards.
- Safeguarding customers’ expectations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines and willingness to go the extra mile with a smile.

Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Adaptable and open for change in in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent
- 5-10 years experience within proposal management or in a similar role, preferably within production or technology. Work experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
- Proficiency in Office365 and Salesforce is preferred.
